She is licensed to practice as a mid-level provider in three states. She has done humanitarian work as a sub-contractor for the CDC and Department of Defense as a Civil Surgeon Examiner and Hospitalist. She has served as a provider for a local Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) here on the MS Gulf Coast. Born and Raised in Mississippi, She feels deeply when it comes to serving her community. Narcissa's focus is in Primary Care and Adult Health. She is a published author with dissertation in ProQuest Journals. She is certified with the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP),a member of the Obesity Medicine Association with over 100 hours of CEU's. She is also a member of the Mississippi Association of Nurse Practitioners.

Carissa cooperates with many other doctors and specialists on the Mississippi Gulf Coast providing a foundation for life-long health.
